Resizing an image in photoshop should not make it blurry.
However - one thing you could try is recuding them to 700 rather than 800. That way, the website won't be rescaling them - just photoshop.

And since PS has much better scaling algorithms than web-based scaling, you should have less problems.

If it's still blurred after scaling in photoshop, then the shot wasn't in focus to begin with " border="0" alt="icon_biggrin.gif" />

Nicely angled shots - bottom left might benefit from you desaturating the sky areas to bring out the rainbow a bit more.
